Welcome to The Cock & Lion

The Cock & Lion is a quaint and cosy Victorian pub nestled between Marylebone and Mayfair in West London. We're just a short walk from Bond Street tube station.

The oldest pub in Marylebone, a bastion of Bohemia since 1786, The Cock & Lion has traditional low ceilings and a distinctive horse-shoe bar that transport you back to an earlier time.

Decorated with local art and Londinium curiosities, there are plenty of cosy (and lively!) spots to sit back and enjoy an after-work pint or a weekend pitstop cocktail; you can put the world to rights here with us.

A well-kept secret in Marylebone

The Cock & Lion offers the perfect respite after a long day’s work in the area or a catch-up with neighbouring locals. This historic treasure, only a 5-minute walk from Oxford Street, provides a warm welcome and refreshing liveners & cocktails to ease the feet after a day of retail therapy.
